Yes, they are made for long days on your feet. Like any insole, wear depends on your shoes, body weight, floor type, and how often you use them. For heavy daily use, we recommend replacing them every 6 months.

Can I wash them?

Yes. Hand wash with cool water and mild soap. Air dry only. Do not put them in the dryer.

Will they make my shoes feel tight?

They are cushioned, so they may feel snug in very tight shoes. They work best in shoes with a little extra room, like work shoes, sneakers, boots, and walking shoes.

What if they do not work for me?

Try them for 30 days. Wear them in your work shoes, sneakers, or everyday shoes. If they are not right for you, send them back for a refund.
